Who is responsible for taking pictures and advertising them?

In case of Standard Tour, you, as the user, will be responsible for taking pictures, uploading and deleting them, as well as adding any contents to contact and property data in the information section. For this service you may use your own photographs taken with a regular digital camera. Panorama Street will organize, plan, and advertise the online tour.

In case of both Interactive and Virtual Reality HD Tour, our professional staff, using specialized equipment, will take photos on the site. After that, we will process the photographs in either standard or high definition, and advertise the tour. You, as the user, will be responsible for adding any personal and property data in the information section.

What kind of equipment do we use?

We use the latest digital equipment, unusual lenses, high resolution cameras, and specialized computer programs in order to create the highest quality tours possible.

How many photos are in a Tour?

All our services begin with a basic offer of a limited amount of photos. This number can be changed accordingly to the customer's request. For example, if there is a big multileveled property with many rooms, you can add any quantity of extra photos you wish us to take. For more details, please check out our price chart while ordering. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

How much time will it take for a Virtual Reality or Interactive Tour to be processed?

After taking the pictures of the property, it will take us between two and three labor days to make the Virtual Tour available online. Although, we put all the effort to do our work as soon as humanly possible, those days are necessary due to the complexity of the process.

In which states does Panorama Street work?

Initially, we offer our service of Interactive and Virtual Reality High Definition Tours in Washington D.C. Metropolitan area only. However, if the property is in a different area than mentioned above, we recommend you use our Standard Tour, for which service you will need a regular digital camera only. In case you wish us to take either Interactive or Visual Reality High Definition Tour of a property that is not located in Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, please contact us first.

Can the Standard Tour be obtained anywhere else in the world?

Of course it can! It is very easy; just follow the steps in our Standard Tour, Calculate, and Order. For an international payment, please pay through either PayPal or one of the major credit cards.

Is there any extra cost for every service?

We offer a basic plan for each one of our services. However, this plan can be upgraded if your desire is to take some number of extra pictures. Especially, any big property may require additional still and/or VR photos. Moreover, there is a cost for 3D Maps. In case you do not wish us to create a map, we will organize the rooms in a form of a list with links that is free of charge. Finally, we offer to design either one or two sided flyers which may or may not be purchased by a customer.

How does the process of sketching 3 Dimensional Maps look like?

We anticipate our customers to provide us with some form of a map. This map may be either roughly sketched on a piece of paper, or scanned and sent as a digital file. Preferably, we would love to see a copy of a blueprint. After that, it is our job to transform the map into a digital 3D map and make it available online.

What is our routine regarding the flyers?

For our customers convenience we offer to design either one or two sided flyers. Those flyers ARE NOT being printed by our company. We design them only, and send them by email as pdf files. At this stage they are fully prepared for printing in customer's local printing store.

For how long are we going to advertise a property online?

Normally, we will advertise the Virtual Tour of your property for twelve months. However, this time may be extended if the property has been neither sold nor rented. We will contact you two weeks before expiration date.
